I'm back in Portland visiting Amanda. Her house mate, Luciano, asks me if I'd like come down to The Grand on Monday night and play some records. In between drunks wanting to sing Karaoke, I managed to get in 1 uninterrupted set. A sweet girl tipped me a buck for Delirium (Tiesto). Guess I'm a professional DJ now...

Tuesday night I checked out George Clinton at the Crystal Ballroom. He rocked the place and... have you ever been in a BIG ballroom with a 'floating floor'? It literally bounces sympathetically to the dancers. Coolest thing you've ever experienced.

Sampled some street drummers playing on plastic 5 gallon buckets so the night was complete!
